garlands of grace

My good friend Jenn did the cutest tutorial the other day for a pom pom garland. She got me thinking about garlands of all shapes and sizes.  I made a treasury yesterday to show some of my favorites that I discovered online. Here's a few of them:

I love the scripture about garlands in the Bible, too! Here it is:

Wisdom is supreme; therefore get wisdom.
Though it cost all you have, get understanding.
Esteem her, and she will exalt you;
embrace her, and she will honor you.
She will set a garland of grace on your head
and present you with a crown of splendor.”
Proverbs 4:7-9

Isn't that good?
I'm sure some of you out there are needing some wisdom
about a decision you have to make,
or a direction you need to take...

Remember this promise:

"If any of you lacks wisdom
he should ask God,
who gives generously to all without finding fault,
and it will be given to him."
James 1:5

 Help us, Lord,
to turn to You first when we are in need of wisdom.
(And help us to ask You for it!)

Have a great day, my friends!
