chicken pot pie and vintage bed linens, in that order

I found this great video tutorial on hulu.com for making a healthy alternative to Chicken Pot Pie, and I decided to try it tonight for dinner. It turned out delicious!

This recipe was featured on an episode of "Healthy Appetite with Ellie Krieger". I really like her show. Very easy to follow. This particular recipe was so simple and yummy! Check out all her video clips for lots of great recipes here.

Delicious drop biscuits on top of a great variety of veggies in a light creamy sauce.
Perfect dish for cold nights like tonight!

And in eager hands news, I've got some fantastic vintage bed linens up in the shop right now.
Vintage sheets are great to use for all kinds of sewing projects! So many possibilities - quilt backings, clothes, pillows, curtains, duvets, chair covers, lampshade covers, headboards (just staple fabric over plywood and batting - it looks so professional and really one-of-a-kind!), wall art (staple over wood or put in a frame), quilts, tablecloths, cloth napkins..
the list goes on and on....!
Here's the two that I listed this afternoon:

I hope everyone has a great night!
